  • Fast controlled adjustable filling with no air bubbles or dripping- a steady rapid safe and controlled flow for all your candle waxes, including organic and inorganic, refined and semi-refined, petroleum, animal, vegetable and synthetic based waxes, including Paraffin Wax, Soy Wax, Vegetable Wax, Palm Wax, Beeswax, Bayberry Wax and more up to 212° F/ 100 ° C.
  • Control Box & Digital Temperature Control: allow you to accurately and precisely control and regulate your heating from -0° to 212° F/ 100 ° C. Built in fuses, saftey features and self-regulating heating ensure safety and long use. Digital temperature controller is easy to read and use and features a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) to provide accurate, precise heating from -0° to 212° F/ 100 ° C, light-emitting diode (LED) to indicate On/Off status, easy fingertip-touchpad which has lockable feature and allows easy set up and adjustment of control setpoint, differential, and other functions, and is enclosed in high-impact resistant, thermoplastic NEMA 4X watertight, corrosion-resistant surface-mount enclosure.

We purchase our water jacket melter and EZ system from Melting & Filling Equipment for our ointment and balm business.  We are more than satisfied witht he system and hope to purchase more this year!  The whole system is easy to clean and handle.  We had no trouble dealing with Customs and Excise and only paid a small import levy.  We have been more than satisfied with the communication and friendly service that we received from the other side of the world- and would happily recommend Melting And Filling Equipment, Inc. to any one seeking great reliable products and good service.
