WaxMelters Is Producing Hand Sanitizer Making Equipment To Help Combat COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer,

WaxMelters is fully operational and in conformance with the Department of Homeland Security, New York State Government, World Health Organization and Centers For Disease Control & Prevention regulations and guidelines.

Since we warehouse, distribute and ship equipment globally and supply hospitals, laboratories, medical, soap and sanitary supply companies with equipment (from cancer diagnostics to prosthetic devices to sanitary supplies and now even COVID-19 Testing companies), we are an Essential Business and monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic closely.

In an effort to further combat COVID-19, WaxMelters is producing Hand Sanitizer Making Equipment.

We know you rely on us to keep your business moving forward and our dedicated Customer Support & Production Teams will remain committed to assisting you with your production equipment needs. We continue to safely supply equipment on a daily basis with our main priority being to protect the health of our employees and their families, along with protecting the health of our customers and the general public.

The WaxMelters Team Policy Updates

In order to protect the health of our employees and our customers in limiting the spread of the COVID-19 Virus, WaxMelters has instituted the following policies:
  • Our Production Facilities & Warehouse/Showroom location will be closed to the public until further notice.

  • Our Sales & Customer Support Teams will for the most part be teleworking to remain dedicated to supporting your needs.

  • Our Warehouse & Shipping Teams will implement the following changes:

    • All work shifts will be staggered so that there will never be more than FIVE team members at any location at ONE time.

    • All Team members must wear masks and gloves during shifts, as well as wash their hands throughout the day including during any and all breaks.

    • All Units will be "wiped down" with Isopropyl Alcohol and/or Disinfectant, especially Controllers prior to packaging and shipping.

    • All incoming components and units sent in for repair will also be disinfected upon arrival.

    • All Employees will remain at least SIX feet away from each other.
