How can I get another copy of instructions? | |
Although we do our best to make our products intuitive, simple and easy to use, we always request that you read your instructions prior to using your equipment and recommend keeping a set of instructions handy for future reference. | |
How do I repair my product? | |
Please Check the Troubleshooting Guides in this Help Section for your item of equipment. Most issues are addressed in them and if you require any more assistance, having completed those forms will expedite resolving it. | |
How do I create an account? | |
1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

How much is my shipping? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. | |
I forgot my password. | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. | |
I received the wrong product. | |
We apologize if there was an error with your order.
All equipment is pre-tested, inspected prior to shipping and packaged properly. Therefore, you should have received your unit you ordered free of damage and defects.
If there is an order error and you receive the wrong item or any items are missing, please contact M&FE and replacements parts will be sent to you. Do not use the equipment you received if it was shipped in error. Any and all claims for order errors must be made within 5 (Five) days from your receipt of equipment. You understand, accept and agree that in the unlikely event that an order error has been made, your sole, exclusive remedy is that M&FE will correct the order error, and that there are no refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges as a result of items being damaged in shipping, defective, or for order errors.

What is your return policy? | |
RETURN POLICY ***COVID-19 UPDATE: The COVID-19 UPDATE Supersedes, Supplants and Overrides Any Other Return Provisions: M&FE and its employees are located in the Epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic and are impacted dramatically from our employee and their family safety, to our warehouse space, our supply-chain of vendors and ability to warehouse and ship items.
a) PRIMO Melting Tanks from PRIMO350 and larger are final sales, as well as PX Cart Systems (PX1000,PX2000,PX3000) sales are final and extended filling systems longer than 8feet. For the benefit of M&FE employees and their families and in conformance with New York State laws, we are keeping our warehouse safe by sanitizing the workplace before and after shifts, ensuring all employees wear masks, limiting the amount of employees we have per shift, as well as maintaining as much space as possible between employees. Large tanks and Systems require more space from our warehouse and dramatcially impact our employee work-shifts. Further, your large tank, system, and filler dramatically impact our ability to accept other orders and to fulfill other orders since we need to keep our employees and their families safe. hence, if you order a large tank, system or filler, we make sure we have space and employees to fulfill it at the cost of accepting or fulfilling other orders. Lastly, to accept the return of a large tank, system or filler may be unsafe based on our space ability and impacts our ability to fulfill orders so these items cannot be returned. Therefore, such orders are Final, not returnable or refundable.
b) Custom orders require Custom components and if our vendors cannot accept modifications or refunds for these components as they deal with COVID-19, neither can M&FE. Custom orders are final and not refundable but because of Covid-19, once a payment has been made for a Custom order and M&FE has already purchased the components, any custom modifications can not be cancelled or modified once the order has been processed.

When will my order ship? | |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
