Three Engineered System Configurations

  • Standard Dipping Systems: Custom-built tanks designed for tray size, batch capacity, and general dipping applications
  • Trough - Spillway Dipping Systems (Most Popular): Overflow design that returns excess wax back into the tank for continuous operation and minimal material loss
  • Reservoir Dipping Systems: Internal lip design that captures foam, debris, and contaminants for removal and reprocessing. Reservoir systems are ideal for operations requiring cleaner wax and improved process control.

Process Overview
  1. Load wax (paraffin / microcrystalline blends)
  2. Heat to operating temperature (270°F–320°F)
  3. Submerge hive boxes using fixtures or lids
