Equipment Financing & Leasing Options
Qualified business customers may be able to finance or lease
WaxMelters industrial melting, heating, thermal-conditioning,
transfer, dispensing and filling equipment through an independent
financing provider.
Begin with an equipment quote so the configuration, options,
freight requirements and estimated purchase amount can be established.
Our Sales & Applications team can then explain the financing-referral
process.
Why Businesses Consider Equipment Financing
Financing can provide another way to acquire production equipment
while managing capital and cash-flow requirements. Available
structures depend on the financing provider, applicant and transaction.
Preserve Working Capital
Qualified financing may allow a business to retain more cash
for materials, staffing, facilities and other operating needs.
Plan Equipment Costs
Some financing structures provide scheduled payments that can
help businesses plan around production and operating budgets.
Choose Your Provider
Customers may use their own bank, leasing company or financing
source, or ask WaxMelters for an independent financing referral.
Consider Tax Treatment
Certain equipment purchases may qualify for depreciation or
Section 179 treatment. Eligibility should be reviewed with a
qualified tax professional.
How the Process Works
Define the Equipment
Select equipment online or request application guidance for
the appropriate system and configuration.
Obtain a Quote
WaxMelters establishes equipment pricing, selected options,
destination and applicable freight requirements.
Choose Financing
Tell our sales team that you are considering financing. You may
use your own provider or request an independent referral.
Complete the Purchase
The financing provider handles its application, approval,
documents and payment arrangements directly with the customer.
Selecting “Lease Application” during checkout:
This selection only informs WaxMelters that you are interested in
financing. It does not constitute financing approval, payment,
order acceptance or production scheduling.
Use the Provider You Prefer
WaxMelters accepts equipment payments coordinated through
qualified banks, leasing companies and other independent
financing providers.
If you already have a financing relationship, your provider may
contact our Accounting team for vendor documentation and payment
