EZ-1, compatible AutoShot systems and Pour X-Press 1000, 2000 and 3000 systems can be configured with an optional quick-connect transfer connection.

This allows the same heated pump and hose system to be used for container filling during one operation and continuous material transfer during another.

Filling and Transfer Questions

Should I choose filling or transfer?

Choose filling when the job at the end of the hose is controlled container dosing. Choose transfer when the main job is moving material to another tank, process point or production area.

Can the same system fill containers and transfer wax?

Compatible EZ-1, AutoShot and Pour X-Press systems can be configured with optional heated transfer capability. Confirm the required transfer rate, hose length and connection arrangement before ordering.

When is EZ-T the better choice?

EZ-T is the better starting point when continuous heated transfer is the primary application rather than container filling.

Can this equipment connect to another manufacturer's melter?

Many systems can connect to compatible existing tanks. WaxMelters should confirm valve size, height, operating temperature, material and required flow before ordering.
