Annual Factory Protection CheckAnnual Factory Protection CheckFor equipment covered by a WaxMelters Factory Protection Plan. It takes about 5 minutes and is required once each coverage year to keep extended coverage active. When: within 30 days before or 30 days after the anniversary of your equipment's original delivery date. Have ready: model, order number and serial number, plus current photos of the full machine, the serial plate / control area, and any process or filling components. Not required for the included one-year standard warranty. Only Factory Protection Plan equipment needs this check. If the annual check is not completed in the required window, Factory Protection coverage may be suspended. Reinstatement is subject to M&FE approval, confirmation that no pre-existing failure or condition exists, and any applicable waiting period. See Limited Warranty & Factory Protection.
