Complete Candle Production Systems for Melting, Pumping & Filling
Pour X-Press systems combine a PRIMO melting tank with heated
pumping and filling equipment in one coordinated production system.
Select the melter capacity and filling method around your actual
batch size, container range, production rate and growth plan.
Choose a Complete System When You Need Both Melting and Filling
Instead of selecting a melter, pump, heated hose, filler,
mounting arrangement and mobile platform separately, a Pour X-Press
combines the major production functions into one system.
Replace Pots & Pitchers
Move from small melting pots, manual carrying and repeated
pitcher filling to a heated tank-to-container workflow.
Start a Production Cell
Set up one coordinated system for a product family,
fragrance group, dedicated production line or contract
manufacturing operation.
Plan for Growth
Select the melter and filling configuration around present
production while allowing capacity for realistic future growth.

Melt, Pump and Fill Without Carrying Open Pitchers
A complete system keeps molten wax in the production equipment
and moves it through a heated pump, hose and dispensing path
directly toward the filling operation.
Depending on the configuration, filling can remain under
direct operator control or use automated measured cycles.
The melter and filler must be sized together.
A faster filler does not increase production if the melter
cannot provide enough molten wax. Likewise, a larger
melter does not require a larger dosing range if the
containers remain small.

Pour X-Press Systems
Choose the Filling Method First
Each Pour X-Press combines melting and filling. The important
difference is how the wax is dispensed and how much operator
involvement you want.

Size the Melter and Filler Separately, Then Combine Them
The correct complete system is not determined by one capacity
number. The thermal side and filling side solve different
production requirements.
1. Size the PRIMO Melter
Select melting capacity from the production requirement,
not simply from the filler model.
Largest working batch
Daily wax demand
Number of production cycles
Required recovery time
Future growth
2. Size the Filling System
Select the dispensing configuration from the containers
and the way you want the operator to work.
Smallest container fill
Largest container fill
Semi-automatic or automated operation
Changeover frequency
Target production rate
Quick Sizing Tool
Calculate a Closer-Fit and a Growth-Oriented PRIMO Size
Enter the largest batch you run today. The tool shows two starting points: a closer-fit target at approximately 1.6× the current batch and a growth-oriented target at approximately 3×, where the current batch is about one-third of the vessel's listed working capacity.
Enter a batch size to see both starting recommendations.

Do Not Choose the System From the Filler Alone
The filling equipment can only dispense wax that the melter
has already melted and conditioned. The complete system
should therefore be sized around batch production,
filling demand and the surrounding workflow.
Wicking, jar loading, cooling, topping off, fragrance
changes and packaging may determine the practical output
of the production line before the filler reaches its
theoretical maximum.

Why Configure the Melting and Filling Equipment Together?
Matched Capacity
The melter can be selected to supply enough conditioned
wax for the intended filling sequence.
Heated Flow Path
The pump, hose and dispensing components maintain the
heated material path from tank toward the container.
Mobile Production Cell
The equipment can be organized as one coordinated
production system instead of several disconnected pieces.

Complete-System FAQ
Before Ordering a Pour X-Press
Which PRIMO melter size comes with a Pour X-Press?
Pour X-Press systems can be configured with different PRIMO
capacities. Select the melter from your batch size, daily
demand, required recovery and growth plan rather than simply
choosing the smallest initial system.
What is the difference between the Pour X-Press 1000 and the automated systems?
The Pour X-Press 1000 uses semi-automatic handheld heated
dispensing. The automated configurations use controlled
single-head filling for repeatable dispensing cycles.
Can I add mixing?
Mixing is available on many configurations. Mixer selection
depends on tank size, wax or material properties, additives
and the production process.
How do I know which automated fill range I need?
Provide both the smallest and largest containers you intend
to fill. The dosing configuration should cover the actual
production range rather than only the most common candle.
Can the system be planned for future growth?
Yes. The melter and filling method can be evaluated around
both current production and reasonable future requirements
so that an increase in batch size does not immediately
require replacing the entire system.
