- Digital Temperature Controller: Easy to read and use 4-digit 7-Segment LED to provide accurate, precise heating from -0° to 212° F/ 100 ° C, with On/Off status, easy fingertip-touch pad which has lockable feature and allows easy set up and adjustment of control set-point, differential, and other functions.
- Waxes Never touch Heating Element

Wax Filling System: Available in all sizes for wax dispensing and wax filling of containers.
- Fully Heated AutoShot Head
  - Enclosure: Features 304 grade stainless steel head which is heat, impact, chemical, and moisture resistant, while offering structural stability.
  - Digital Controller: Advanced microchip technology with multiple color display, easily adjustable keys and 4 different functions, including switch-on impulse and cycling settings for ON and OFF cycles. Features a NEMA4X (IP66 equivalent) is sealed against the ingress dust, water and foreign materials. Also features a low profile fascia so less prominent keys in the front of the panel and so less likely to become dirty.
  - Valve: Stainless steel UL-Listed heated valve is NEMA 4 Protection Class (rated for outdoor use) with 1/4" valve with Viton® seals insure extended life.
- Control Box/Pump
  - Enclosure: High-impact and corrosion resistant 304 grade stainless steel construction which is heat, impact, chemical, and moisture resistant. Built in reset breaker/fuse, safety features and self-regulating heating ensure safety and long use.
  - Digital Temperature Controller: Easy to read and use 4-digit 7-Segment LED to provide accurate, precise heating from -0° to 212° F/ 100 ° C, with On/Off status, easy fingertip-touch pad which has lockable feature and allows easy set up and adjustment of control set-point, differential, and other functions.
  - Thermo Pump & Motor: Stainless Steel with heated, insulated stainless steel casing, self-regulating and is rated for continuous use.
- Thermo Hose: Stainless Steel Braided Teflon® hose tubing is light, flexible and durable for safe, even heat transfer, faster transfer speeds and longer term use without contamination or wear. Super energy efficient and rated for a maximum digitally controlled temperature of 400° F (204°C), but with a limiter setting to keep it at a maximum of 212° F (100°C) degrees so there is extra insulation, protection and extended life.

Hose Balancer: Special 8' long, lightweight STEEL cable with stainless steel spring edge in heavy duty aluminum housing maximizes safety, flexibility and long product life even in the most industrial environments. Waxmelters' compact hose balancer (2.9” / 7.3cm) saves room, is easy to grasp and makes it easy for you to make precise tension adjustments.
