Practically Self Cleaning

Almost cleans itself.

Changing fragrance, color or product is close to automatic.

Close the ball valve and run the pump until the filling system is empty. A little material stays along the lining, which is normal. The system is fully heated and built from stainless steel and Teflon, so on your next batch you preheat, open the valve, run the new material through and discard the first few ounces. That is it.

Nothing comes apart. Not the pump, not the hose, not the filling head.

The melter cleans just as easily. Treat it like a high end stainless steel cooking pot: wipe it out with a cloth, or use soap and water for soap and food products. If something has burned on, a scouring pad takes care of it. Round tank, no corners to clean.

Why PX2000 is the core automated combo

It gives you the two functions most growing producers need—melting and repeatable automated filling—without the added enclosure of PX3000. That keeps the platform accessible while still eliminating trigger-by-trigger pouring.

Build the system from the product outward

Start with wax type, fill temperature, smallest and largest container and required daily output. Those inputs determine the PRIMO size, AutoShot range, hose length and pump configuration more reliably than choosing by model name alone.

Transfer can be added when it is secondary

A quick-connect heated transfer option can give the same system a second job. If bulk transfer is the primary job, a dedicated EZ-T is usually the cleaner configuration.
