WaxMelters is the industry leader and the leading USA manufacturer of melting, heating and filling equipment since 1999, for every business size and every industry. We're proud to hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. WaxMelters customers include GloryBee, Volcano Island Honey, Burt's Bees and Bee's Wrap.
Beeswax & Honey Pumping and Heated Transfer Systems
To pump and transfer heated honey or molten beeswax, WaxMelters recommends the EZ-T heated transfer system ($2,995) to move material tank to tank, fed from PRIMO melting, clarification and heated holding tanks so it stays at temperature and keeps flowing. Larger or fixed lines get heated pumps, heated hoses and valves configured around viscosity, temperature and transfer rate, quoted per order. Smaller standard items ship in 3 to 5 days; larger equipment ships within 7 days, unless a very large custom order. Custom systems ship as quoted.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I pump molten beeswax without it solidifying?
Keep it heated end to end. The WaxMelters EZ-T heated transfer system ($2,995) moves molten beeswax tank to tank, and larger lines use heated pumps, heated hoses and heated valves so wax stays liquid from the PRIMO melter to the next stage.
Can I pump honey with a heated transfer system?
Yes. Warm honey to working viscosity in a PRIMO tank, then move it with heated transfer to holding tanks or fillers. Pump configuration is selected around viscosity, temperature and transfer rate.
What temperature does the equipment work at?
The standard PRIMO range is Up to 212°F / 100°C, with digital temperature control.
How fast do transfer systems ship?
The EZ-T ships in 3 to 5 days. Smaller standard items, including PRIMO 25 through 250, ship in 3 to 5 days; larger equipment, including PRIMO 350 through 1000, ships within 7 days, unless a very large custom order. Custom items ship as quoted. Any upgrade or option, such as longer hoses, ships in 7 days or longer.
