Dedicated Heated Transfer for Production Flow
EZ-T is built for material movement rather than measured container dosing. Connect it to the source tank, select the transfer configuration and move heated wax through a heated hose to the next tank or process point with far less manual handling.
Choose EZ-T when transfer is a regular part of production, especially for larger source melters, longer moves between process steps or repeated tank-to-tank work. For customers who mainly fill containers but occasionally transfer material, a transfer-capable EZ-1, AutoShot or Pour X-Press configuration may be the better fit.

Practically Self CleaningAlmost cleans itself. Changing fragrance, color or product is close to automatic. Close the ball valve and run the pump until the system is empty. A little material stays along the lining, which is normal. The system is fully heated and built from stainless steel and Teflon, so on your next batch you preheat, open the valve, run the new material through and discard the first few ounces. That is it. Nothing comes apart. Not the pump, not the hose, not the filling head.

Final specifications depend on selected temperature range, viscosity, voltage, hose length and product options. Confirm the configured system requirements before installation.
When EZ-T is the right choice
Use a dedicated EZ-T when the job is moving material, not metering individual containers. That distinction keeps the system simple and lets you size the pump and hose around transfer distance, desired flow and material viscosity.
Choose the transfer rate around the process
Higher nominal transfer capacity is useful only when the source tank, hose length, downstream tank and material can support it. Select the configuration around actual workflow rather than buying by pump size alone.
A cleaner material-handling step
Keeping wax in a closed heated flow path reduces the repeated scooping and open-container handling associated with buckets and pitchers and can make large-batch production easier to organize.
