A Faster Way to Hand Fill From the Melter

EZ-1 keeps the wax in the production system and brings the heated flow path to the container. The operator controls each pour from a lightweight dispensing head, giving you the flexibility of hand filling with less lifting, scooping and pitcher handling.

It is especially useful when container sizes change often, fragrance or color batches change throughout the day, or the operator needs direct control over start, stop and placement. The heated pump and hose help keep material moving at the selected process temperature from tank to fill point.

Keep the flexibility of hand filling

EZ-1 is intentionally different from an automated dosing machine. The operator decides exactly when to start and stop each pour, making it ideal for mixed container sizes, short runs, prototypes and frequent fragrance or color changes.

Reduce pitcher handling

Moving hot wax by pitcher adds lifting, walking, temperature loss and cleanup. EZ-1 lets the melter stay in place while the heated hose brings the product to the workstation.

Add capability as production grows

The base system can be configured with pump and transfer options so the same production area can evolve as flow rate, viscosity or material-movement needs increase.
