Four Filling Positions. One Coordinated Production Step.

QUATTRO scales the AutoShot concept into a four-position heated filling station. Each cycle can serve up to four containers, giving the rest of the line a meaningful output increase without jumping directly to an eight-head system.

Configure the head arrangement as fixed or flexible, choose the dosing range around your containers and connect the system to a compatible source melter. QUATTRO is best when your team can stage, wick, cool and move multiple containers fast enough to take advantage of multi-head filling.

Practically Self Cleaning

Almost cleans itself.

Changing fragrance, color or product is close to automatic.

Close the ball valve and run the pump until the system is empty. A little material stays along the lining, which is normal. The system is fully heated and built from stainless steel and Teflon, so on your next batch you preheat, open the valve, run the new material through and discard the first few ounces. That is it.

Nothing comes apart. Not the pump, not the hose, not the filling head.
