Add the $295 Quick-Connect Heated Transfer Kit and the same filler you use for jars can also move bulk wax to a holding tank, mold area or second line.

A PRIMO melter, heated pump and filler on one rolling stainless platform. It melts its own wax, holds it, fills and transfers, so it works as a heated transfer cart that never needs filling from another tank.
PRIMO 50 to 350 lb on PX1000 and PX2000. PRIMO 150 to 1,000 lb on PX3000. Add the transfer kit, or order PX1000 with the EZ-T ball valve for transfer-only work.
The EZ-T connects to a compatible melting-tank valve and is configured for the required transfer speed and hose length. Current WaxMelters options include transfer rates up to approximately 1, 3, 5 or 10 gallons per minute and heated hoses up to 50 feet, depending on the application.

Planning a Heated Wax Transfer System
How long can the heated hose be?
WaxMelters lists heated hose configurations up to 50 feet for certain transfer applications. The correct length depends on temperature, viscosity, flow target, elevation and facility layout.
Can it connect to any tank?
Many tanks can be adapted, but WaxMelters must confirm valve diameter, fittings, tank height, temperature and whether the existing tank can supply the required flow.
Is a transfer system accurate enough for candle jars?
A transfer system is intended primarily to move material. Use a dedicated filling system when repeatable jar dosing or automated fill cycles are required.
Can the system transfer beeswax or high-viscosity blends?
Potentially, but viscosity at the operating temperature and required pump configuration must be reviewed. Send a material data sheet or a detailed description when available.
