QUATTRO and OCTO can take a photoelectric sensor ($2,995) so they fill containers as they arrive on your conveyor. Three line sizes
Small-batch line (one or two people). PRIMO 100–150 + EZ-1 (or Pour X-Press 1000, $6,295). Wicks set by hand on trays; cooling racks.
Automated single-head line. PRIMO 250–500 + AutoShot (or Pour X-Press 2000/3000, $11,195/$13,995) with a wicked-container staging table. Add EZ-T to refill the filler's tank from a bulk melter.
Multi-head line. Bulk PRIMO melter(s) → EZ-T transfer → QUATTRO or OCTO with FLEX adjustable valve spacing and the conveyor sensor → your conveyor and cooling. Add the Mix Injection System when you run many scents a day.
