WaxMelters industrial hive dipping tanks are custom-built
electric thermal-processing systems for controlled,
high-temperature wax treatment of hive boxes and other
commercial beekeeping components.
Each system is designed around the actual load being submerged —
including hive-box dimensions, boxes per batch, working depth,
wax displacement, operating temperature and production rate.

Submerging hive boxes can displace a substantial volume of molten
wax. For that reason, the correct dipping system depends on more

Typical Hive Dipping Process

Load Wax
Add the required wax or wax blend.

Heat
Bring material to the required controlled temperature.

Load Boxes
Position hive boxes in the required orientation.

Immerse
Submerge for the required process dwell time.

Drain
Remove boxes and allow excess wax to return to the tank.

Repeat
Reload for continued production processing.
