| Waxmelters has shipped and/or can ship to almost any country in the world. To find out about your specific country, please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |

| What are my payment choices? | |
| Based on our experience, we have found that Wire Transfers of funds are best for international orders. We also accept checks and credit cards which are drawn from United States Bank Accounts, however, our experience has been that these methods may not always be accepted by our banking institution. Therefore, the fastest, most convenient method of payment for international orders is wire transfers. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |

| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Waxmelters ships most international orders via FedEx, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, DHL, and other carriers which require us to get an exact shipping address and then quote for you based on the size and weight of packaged products and your specific location. After we receive your shipping quote, we will give it to your for your approval and payment for all items you are purchasing. Only after you have received all pricing, approved your order and paid for it, will products be shipped. |
