Mix Injection System for Fragrance, Color & Additive Dosing

The WaxMelters Mix Injection System is a post-melt dosing and inline mixing platform designed for manufacturers who need to run multiple fragrances, colors, or additives without contaminating the main wax melter.

Instead of mixing fragrance or color directly into the primary tank, this system introduces the material downstream after the wax has been melted. This keeps the main melter clean, reduces changeover time, and allows operators to switch between products more efficiently.

Designed for Multi-Fragrance Production

This system is ideal for candle manufacturers, private label producers, and contract filling operations that run many fragrances or colors throughout the day.

Each dosing line is independent and can be used for fragrance, color, pre-mixed fragrance/color blends, or other liquid additives.

How the System Works

Clean melted wax flows from the melter into the Mix Injection System. Fragrance, color, or additives are metered into the wax stream through dedicated dosing lines. The combined material then passes through an inline static mixer before being dispensed.

This allows the base wax to remain clean while the final fragrance or color is added only at the point of use.

Important Notes

Each dosing line is designed as a universal line. It does not need to be permanently assigned as fragrance-only or color-only. Customers may use each line for fragrance, color, additives, or pre-mixed blends depending on their process.

For best performance, each fragrance or color used for fast changeover should have its own dedicated dosing line.

Industrial Wax Mixing & Fragrance Injection System

The WaxMelters Mix Injection System is designed for industrial wax processing, candle manufacturing, and molten product filling applications where multiple fragrances or colors must be handled efficiently.

Unlike traditional wax melters that require pre-mixing, this system provides inline fragrance and color injection, improving consistency while reducing contamination and downtime.

System Design & Operation

The Mix Injection System is designed to integrate directly downstream of a melting or filling system, allowing fragrance, color, or additives to be introduced into the wax stream after melting.

Material flows from the melter into the injection manifold, where one or more dosing lines introduce controlled amounts of fragrance or color. The combined material then passes through an inline static mixing section before being dispensed.

Independent Dosing Line Architecture

Each dosing line operates independently and is designed to pull material directly from a dedicated container. This allows operators to stage multiple fragrances or colors at once without cross-contamination.
