Short answer: Smaller PRIMO melters (PRIMO 25 through PRIMO 250) are 110 to 120 V standard, which is a normal outlet-voltage unit, with optional 220 to 240 V (+$150), 480 V or 600 V versions. Mid-size melters (PRIMO 350 to 1000) are 110 to 120 V for the standard-temperature unit and 220 to 240 V for X-Treme. PRIMO 1500 and larger are 220 to 240 V standard. Before ordering, confirm the voltage, phase and amperage available at the install location.

Standard Voltage and Options by Model (PRIMO Industrial Wax Melters)

Rapid-Cycle versions draw more power (e.g. PRIMO RC 150: 1,580 W; RC 1500: 4,500 W) and carry the same voltage options as the matching standard model.

Filling and dispensing systems (EZ-1, AutoShot, Pour X-Press, QUATTRO, OCTO) are listed as 110 to 120 V standard, with a "220-240 Volt Electronic Adapter" option (+$150).

Temperature Range Affects Voltage on Mid-Size Units

Standard PRIMO control is up to 212°F / 100°C. The X-Treme option (up to 400°F / 204°C) is priced per model (for example +$250 on the PRIMO 25, +$525 on the PRIMO 100, +$855 on the PRIMO 500). On the PRIMO 350 to 1000, X-Treme units are 220 to 240 V.
