PRIMO soap production tanks are waterless, digitally controlled stainless tanks for melting and holding oils, butters, tallow and melt-and-pour soap bases. Sizes run from the PRIMO 3 soap tank (3.5 gal, $1,395) to the PRIMO 2000 (1,957 gal) and rectangular PRIMO 2000 (2,053 gal). All are USA-built. The PRIMO 3 to PRIMO 200 usually ship within 3 to 5 days, the PRIMO 300 and PRIMO 500 usually ship within 7 days, and the PRIMO 700 to PRIMO 2000 usually ship within 7 days.

All models: waterless PRIMO heating, digital material-temperature control, up to 212°F / 100°C standard range, stainless steel. Options on the product pages include a hinged lid with lid-mounted agitator and mixing blade, SNAP filters, smooth-weld interiors and stainless stands. The largest tanks (PRIMO 700 to PRIMO 2000) are built to order and usually ship within 7 days.

Can I mix soap in a PRIMO soap production tank?
Yes. Many PRIMO soap tanks offer a stainless hinged lid with a lid-mounted agitator and mixing blade (for example, $1,095 on the PRIMO 25 soap tank). To heat, mix and pour from one vessel, use a PRIMO heated pot tipper.
Does WaxMelters also make water-jacketed soap tanks?
Yes. The PW water-jacketed soap and oil heating tanks run from the PW 75 ($1,495) to the PW 1000 ($6,395) for plants whose specification calls for a water jacket. PRIMO soap tanks are waterless, so there is no jacket water to fill, monitor or drain. See the water-jacketed tank page.
