For repeatable fills of standard SKUs, an automated single head (AutoShot, $8,495, or the pump-free AutoValve, $5,495). For production volume, a multi-head filler (QUATTRO 4-head, $29,995; OCTO 8-head, $52,995). All WaxMelters fillers keep the wax path heated from the melter to the container and are made in the USA.

- What happens at the end of the hose? Filling containers, transferring wax to another tank, or both. For transfer only, use the EZ-T ($2,995; 1 to 10 GPM). Compatible EZ-1, AutoShot and Pour X-Press systems can add a quick-connect transfer connection.
- How much automation? Semi-automatic for frequent changes and varied containers; automated single-head for repeatable measured fills and longer runs; multi-head when several positions raise the output of the whole line.
- Do you already have a suitable melter? If yes, add EZ-1, AutoShot, AutoValve, QUATTRO or OCTO to it. If not, a Pour X-Press is the simplest complete purchase.

How do AutoShot and AutoValve work?
Both make automated measured fills. AutoShot ($8,495) uses a heated pump and hose, so the melter can sit anywhere. AutoValve ($5,495) uses gravity and needs the melter positioned directly above the fill point.
Can a candle filling machine fill several jars at once?
Yes. QUATTRO fills 1 to 4 containers per cycle ($29,995) and OCTO fills 1 to 8 ($52,995), with individual fill control at each position.
Will a WaxMelters filler work with a conveyor?
QUATTRO and OCTO accept an optional photoelectric sensor ($2,995) that detects containers on your conveyor and starts the pour. WaxMelters does not sell the conveyor itself.
Can I use my existing wax melter?
Yes, if it is compatible. EZ-1, AutoShot, QUATTRO, OCTO and EZ-T connect to a compatible existing melting tank. WaxMelters confirms valve size and connections before ordering.
Do the fillers work at 220 to 240 V?
Yes. A 220 to 240 V electronic adapter is a $150 option on the fillers.
