Build a Faster Filling Cell Around Eight Positions
OCTO is the highest-output standard multi-head filling system in this core family. It coordinates up to eight heated dispensing positions so manufacturers can increase containers per cycle while retaining individual control at the head.
The system is configurable for small, mid-size or larger fills and can be built with fixed or flexible valve alignment. It is best suited to production floors that can continuously stage containers and move them into cooling or packaging without creating a downstream bottleneck.

Practically Self Cleaning
Almost cleans itself.
Changing fragrance, color or product is close to automatic.
Close the ball valve and run the pump until the system is empty. A little material stays along the lining, which is normal. The system is fully heated and built from stainless steel and Teflon, so on your next batch you preheat, open the valve, run the new material through and discard the first few ounces. That is it.
Nothing comes apart. Not the pump, not the hose, not the filling head.
Eight Heads Require a Balanced Production Line
The equipment can fill more positions per cycle, but throughput still depends on melting supply, operator staging, wick preparation, cooling space and packaging. OCTO should be sized as part of the whole line, not as an isolated filler.
Choose the Dispenser Range Before the Head Layout
Start with container size and material behavior, then choose fixed or flexible spacing. Correct fill-range selection keeps control where you need it and avoids sizing the head solely around the largest container.
Conveyor-Ready Option Path
The optional photoelectric sensor can be used with conveyor workflows to detect containers and initiate filling. That makes OCTO a strong foundation for a more integrated production cell.
