How fast does equipment ship?
Most PRIMO tank sizes usually ship within 3 to 5 days. PRIMO 350 to 1000 usually ship within 7 days. Larger PRIMO tanks usually ship within 7 days. Pour X-Press 1000 and 2000 usually ship within 3 to 5 days and Pour X-Press 3000 within 7 days. QUATTRO and OCTO usually ship within 7 to 21 days. Custom orders can take longer and are quoted with your order. Every product page shows its own lead time.
What voltage options are available?
Voltage options are 110-120 V, 220-240 V, 480 V single or three phase, and 600 V single or three phase. The standard voltage, the option list and the option price differ by size and are shown live on each product page. By PRIMO size: PRIMO 25 to PRIMO 1000: standard 110-120 V; options 110-120 V, 220-240 V, 480 V single or three phase, 600 V single or three phase. PRIMO 1500 and PRIMO 2000: standard 220-240 V; options 110-120 V, 220-240 V, 480 V single or three phase, 600 V single or three phase. PRIMO 3000 to PRIMO 15000: standard 220-240 V; options 220-240 V, 480 V single or three phase, 600 V single or three phase.
What warranty is included?
New equipment carries a Limited Warranty (1 year on electrical, 3 years on metal parts, from delivery). Optional Factory Protection Plans extend equipment coverage to 2, 3 or 4 years total. How is equipment shipped and what does shipping cost?
Equipment ships from Ronkonkoma, New York, and every order is built, tested and packaged before it ships. Delivery is F.O.B. point of shipment. Freight: domestic is added at checkout, international is quoted. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands are also quoted; send a request and the team will respond.
How do I pay, and is there a card fee?
Pay by ACH, wire transfer or e-check (preferred, no fee) or any major credit card. A 3% fee applies to card payments on orders over $10,000 only. Bank details are on your invoice; for a copy call (888) WAX-MELTERS | (888) 929-6358. Payment is due when you order and before shipment.
Do you offer payment terms?
Payment is due on receipt. WaxMelters offers no payment terms, and payment is required before shipment. We accept ACH, wire, electronic check and all major credit cards.
Can I get a formal quote as a PDF?
Yes. Add the configured equipment to your cart and choose Request formal quote. A PDF quote with your options and prices is generated from the cart and emailed to you, with follow-ups if you have questions.
Do you sell commercial wax melters?
Yes. PRIMO tanks are industrial melting tanks used as commercial wax melters, commercial candle wax melters, commercial soap melters and commercial honey tanks, from 25 lb to 60,000 lb. WaxMelters is the standard for industrial melting tanks.
