Each guide lists the machines that fit the job, with prices and a Buy Now button on every standard configuration.
Use these free guides and calculators to diagnose production bottlenecks, define the process requirement, choose the appropriate PRIMO system, size equipment around real production demand and evaluate downstream filling, facility and utility requirements.
These two resources should be the starting point for most new equipment projects.
Determine whether melting or recovery, manual material handling, filling, cleanup, floor space or existing equipment capacity is actually limiting production.
Take the Production Self-AssessmentDefine the material, batch size, throughput, thermal duty, downstream demand, facility requirements and future growth before selecting an equipment model.
Open Industrial Production PlanningEach resource answers a different question in the selection process.
Determine whether capacity, recovery, handling, filling or facility constraints are limiting output.
Self-Assessment →Build the requirement around material, throughput, temperature, downstream demand and growth.
Production Planning →Explore Standard PRIMO, Thermal Conditioning and Rapid-Cycle by what the process must do.
Explore PRIMO Systems →Account for the current batch, usable reserve, batches per shift, downstream demand and future growth.
PRIMO Sizing Guide →Match the melter to pumping, heated transfer, dispensing, filling and downstream production.
Filling & Transfer Guide →Review equipment footprint, connected power, usable capacity and modeled facility requirements.
Footprint & Utility Calculator →Use the technical guides below to review waterless and water-jacketed heating, energy performance and other equipment-specific considerations.
A production system should be evaluated as a complete process. Capacity, thermal duty, recovery, downstream equipment, facility requirements and future growth can all change the correct equipment choice.
Identify whether melting and recovery, manual handling, filling, cleanup, footprint or current equipment capacity is restricting output.
Find the Production Bottleneck →Define material behavior, batch size, throughput, thermal duty, downstream demand, facility requirements and expected growth.
Build the Production Requirement →Explore Standard PRIMO for melting and production holding, Thermal Conditioning for controlled conditioning and longer holds, and Rapid-Cycle when recovery time is a major production constraint.
Explore PRIMO Systems →Size around the largest expected batch, usable working reserve, batches per shift, production demand, filling requirements and anticipated growth.
Calculate the Appropriate PRIMO Size →Enter your batch sizes or tank dimensions and the options you need. We size the PRIMO, round up to the next standard model and show you a price estimate in about 3 minutes.
Get a Price Estimate →Determine whether the downstream job requires measured filling, continuous heated transfer or both, then choose the appropriate automation level and equipment configuration.
Select a Filling or Transfer System →Review equipment footprint, connected heating power, usable capacity, modeled heat-up energy and facility impact before finalizing the system.
Calculate Footprint & Utility Impact →Review the thermal mass, operator responsibilities and maintenance considerations.
Explore Waterless & Water-Jacketed Systems →Learn why heater wattage alone does not establish efficiency and how to review measured kWh, process-ready time, usable capacity, recovery and complete production output.
Explore Energy & Thermal Performance →A separate public resource for operators evaluating a commercial wax-hand business, including equipment selection, consumables, event workflow, economics, marketing and technical support.
Open the Wax Hands Business Guide →Start with the Production Efficiency Self-Assessment if you are trying to identify the bottleneck. Then use Industrial Production Planning to define the material, thermal duty, throughput, downstream process and facility requirement before selecting equipment.
No. First determine what the material and production process must do. Standard PRIMO, Thermal Conditioning and Rapid-Cycle are organized around different thermal priorities. Capacity should be selected after the process family and production requirement are understood.
Batch size is an important first screen, but final capacity can also depend on usable reserve, practical headspace, batches per shift, recovery time, material density, filling or transfer demand and anticipated growth.
Downstream equipment determines how quickly process-ready material leaves the tank. A faster filling or transfer system can increase required reserve and recovery capacity, so the melter and downstream equipment should be planned as one production system.
No. Wattage describes electrical power draw, while total energy use depends on power, operating time, heater cycling and heat loss. Review equivalent production using actual or modeled kWh, process-ready time and usable output.
Send the material, physical state, batch weight or working gallons, starting and target temperatures, batches per shift, desired production rate, mixing or transfer requirements, available electrical service and expected future growth.
