Complete Automated Melting + Filling in One Enclosed Platform
Pour X-Press 3000 packages the PRIMO melter and AutoShot filling system into a fully enclosed mobile stainless-steel platform with integrated controls. It delivers the same core melt-to-fill workflow as PX2000 while presenting the equipment as a more finished production machine.
Choose PX3000 when automation, mobility and an enclosed equipment package are all part of the buying decision. The system is configured around batch size, fill range, hose reach, temperature, viscosity and available electrical service.

Practically Self Cleaning
Almost cleans itself.
Changing fragrance, color or product is close to automatic.
Close the ball valve and run the pump until the filling system is empty. A little material stays along the lining, which is normal. The system is fully heated and built from stainless steel and Teflon, so on your next batch you preheat, open the valve, run the new material through and discard the first few ounces. That is it.
Nothing comes apart. Not the pump, not the hose, not the filling head.
The melter cleans just as easily. Treat it like a high end stainless steel cooking pot: wipe it out with a cloth, or use soap and water for soap and food products. If something has burned on, a scouring pad takes care of it. Round tank, no corners to clean.

Both combine PRIMO melting with AutoShot automated filling. PX2000 uses an open-frame mobile platform; PX3000 encloses the system in stainless steel for a cleaner, more integrated machine presentation.
