Heated Candle Wax Transfer
To move molten candle wax from a melter to another tank or work station, use a fully heated transfer system. The WaxMelters EZ-T ($2,995) combines a heated stainless pump, PTFE-core heated hose and portable ball valve in 1, 3, 5 or 10 GPM configurations, connects to a standard 1-inch tank valve and usually ships within 3 to 5 days.
Use a fully heated transfer system to move wax from a bulk melter to a staging tank, filling point, mold area or production line while maintaining flow through the pump, hose and portable valve.

A PRIMO melter, heated pump and filler on one rolling stainless platform. It melts its own wax, holds it, fills and transfers, so it works as a heated transfer cart that never needs filling from another tank.
PRIMO 50 to 350 lb on PX1000 and PX2000. PRIMO 150 to 1,000 lb on PX3000. Add the transfer kit, or order PX1000 with the EZ-T ball valve for transfer-only work.

A Heated Pump, Hose and Portable Dispensing Valve
The EZ-T connects to a compatible melting-tank valve and is configured for the required transfer speed and hose length. Current WaxMelters options include transfer rates up to approximately 1, 3, 5 or 10 gallons per minute and heated hoses up to 50 feet, depending on the application.

Planning a Heated Wax Transfer System
How long can the heated hose be?
WaxMelters lists heated hose configurations up to 50 feet for certain transfer applications. The correct length depends on temperature, viscosity, flow target, elevation and facility layout.
Can it connect to any tank?
Many tanks can be adapted, but WaxMelters must confirm valve diameter, fittings, tank height, temperature and whether the existing tank can supply the required flow.
Is a transfer system accurate enough for candle jars?
A transfer system is intended primarily to move material. Use a dedicated filling system when repeatable jar dosing or automated fill cycles are required.
Can the system transfer beeswax or high-viscosity blends?
Potentially, but viscosity at the operating temperature and required pump configuration must be reviewed. Send a material data sheet or a detailed description when available.
What is the safest way to move hot wax without pitchers?
Keep the wax inside a closed, fully heated path: pump, heated hose and valve. The EZ-T moves wax from the melter to a staging tank, mold area or filling station with one operator, so nobody carries open containers of molten wax across the floor.
How fast does the EZ-T transfer wax?
The EZ-T is offered in configurations up to approximately 1, 3, 5 or 10 gallons per minute. The right rate depends on hose length, elevation, wax temperature and viscosity.
Can a filling machine also transfer wax?
Yes. If filling jars is the main job and transfer is occasional, add the Quick-Connect Heated Transfer Kit to an EZ-1 or AutoShot instead of buying a separate EZ-T.

EZ-T heated hoses use a stainless-braided PTFE core and are offered in selectable lengths, with configurations up to 50 ft for certain transfer applications. Standard process temperature is up to 212°F / 100°C.
