A Complete Melt-to-Fill System for Flexible Production
Pour X-Press 1000 combines a PRIMO melter, heated pumping and the EZ-1 semi-automatic dispensing system on a coordinated mobile platform. Instead of buying and arranging the melter, pump, hose and workstation separately, you start with a system designed to work together.
PX1000 is the right Pour X-Press when your operators need direct control at the fill point, especially for varied container sizes, short runs, frequent fragrance or color changes, or production where flexibility matters more than automated measured dosing.

Practically Self Cleaning
Almost cleans itself.
Changing fragrance, color or product is close to automatic.
Close the ball valve and run the pump until the filling system is empty. A little material stays along the lining, which is normal. The system is fully heated and built from stainless steel and Teflon, so on your next batch you preheat, open the valve, run the new material through and discard the first few ounces. That is it.
Nothing comes apart. Not the pump, not the hose, not the filling head.
The melter cleans just as easily. Treat it like a high end stainless steel cooking pot: wipe it out with a cloth, or use soap and water for soap and food products. If something has burned on, a scouring pad takes care of it. Round tank, no corners to clean.
Choose PX1000 When Flexibility Beats Automation
This is the most hands-on Pour X-Press, and that is the advantage. Operators can move quickly between container styles and stop each pour exactly where they want without reprogramming a measured dose.
Size the Melter Around Production, Not the Filler
The PRIMO size should be selected around your largest batch, daily demand and recovery expectations. The filling side can then be configured around container size, hose reach and material viscosity.
One Platform, Fewer Integration Questions
Combining melting and dispensing on one mobile system simplifies layout planning and gives you a single coordinated melt-to-fill workflow. If repeatable measured fills are the priority, move up to Pour X-Press 2000.
