Multi-Head Automated Heated Wax Filling Systems
QUATTRO and OCTO fill 4 or 8 containers per cycle from your melter, with individual head controls, fixed or flexible heads and an optional photoelectric sensor to start the pour cycle on a conveyor. Built by WaxMelters in Ronkonkoma, New York, for waxes and oils.

Single head or multi-head?
If one operator filling one container at a time keeps up with your melter, start with a single-head filler (EZ-1, AutoValve or AutoShot System). Move to QUATTRO or OCTO when daily volume calls for several containers per cycle. Each product page lists its current lead time and options.
