We accept ACH, wire transfer, electronic check and all major credit cards. Card payments on orders of $10,000 or more carry a 3% card fee.

Do you offer payment terms or net 30?
No. We do not offer payment terms or credit accounts. Payment is due on receipt of invoice and is required before shipment.
Is there a fee for paying by credit card?
Credit card payments carry a 3% card fee on orders of $10,000 or more. ACH, wire transfer and electronic check have no fee.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on receipt of invoice. Every unit is built, tested and packaged for your order, and payment is required before shipment.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
New York businesses and residents pay sales tax unless they have a New York State resale tax identification and submit Form ST-120, the resale certificate (download Form ST-120 from New York State).
When does a credit appear?
Credits usually take 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your item.
