The Simplest Route to Automated Heated Filling
AutoValve adds programmable filling control directly to a compatible melting tank and uses gravity to move product through the heated valve. Because it eliminates the pump-and-hose assembly, the system is compact, straightforward and well suited to production layouts where the fill point can sit below the tank.
Choose the valve range around your container sizes, set the filling cycle and use the automated controller for repeatable shots or repeating on/off operation. It is an efficient step up from manual ball-valve filling when you want dosing automation without a full pumped filling system.
Best fit
fixed filling stations, gravity-friendly layouts and producers who want automated dosing with fewer components.
Practically Self CleaningAlmost cleans itself. Changing fragrance, color or product is close to automatic. Close the ball valve and run the pump until the system is empty. A little material stays along the lining, which is normal. The system is fully heated and built from stainless steel and Teflon, so on your next batch you preheat, open the valve, run the new material through and discard the first few ounces. That is it. Nothing comes apart. Not the pump, not the hose, not the filling head.
System type
Automated gravity-fed heated dispensing valve
Fill range options
1/8–20 oz • 4–45 oz • 20–128 oz
Operating modes
Single measured shots or repeating on/off cycles
Material movement
Gravity feed from melter; no pump
Filling-system power
100 W
Electrical
120 V at 1 A or 240 V at 1 A; 480v & 600v
configuration available.
Tank connection
Standard 1-inch valve connection; alternate fittings available
Valve
Heated stainless-steel dispensing valve with Viton® seals on listed configuration
Process layout
Melter positioned to provide adequate gravity head
Final specifications depend on selected temperature range, viscosity, voltage, hose length and product options. Confirm the configured system requirements before installation.
Why choose AutoValve instead of AutoShot
Choose AutoValve when your layout can rely on gravity and you do not need the mobility or pumping capability of a heated hose system. Choose AutoShot when the filling point is farther from the tank, hose reach matters or pumped material movement is part of the process.
A compact automation upgrade
For many producers, the biggest gain is replacing repetitive manual valve operation with a controller that repeats the fill cycle. That can improve consistency while keeping the equipment footprint small.
Size the valve to the containers
Use the 3000, 4500 or 9000 range to match the normal container sizes. Correct sizing matters for control at the low end and practical fill time at the high end.
