What the Equipment Must Do

Select the tank and downstream equipment around the material, operating temperature, working volume, hold time and production cadence, not the industry name alone.

Ingredient Sensitivity

Choose heat input around discoloration, scorching, separation or formulation stability.

Melt or Hold

Determine whether the material is used soon after melting or held process-ready for extended production.

Viscosity

Maintain the condition required for pumping, filling, mixing or coating.

Sanitary Requirements

Specify weld finish, fittings and cleanability separately from the heating family.
