Choose by volume and how much control you want. The EZ-1 suits operator-controlled filling of about 2-20 oz containers. The AutoValve and AutoShot give repeatable automated single-head fills from 1/8 to 128 oz. The QUATTRO and OCTO fill 4 or 8 containers per cycle for established production lines.

The AutoValve ($5,495) is gravity fed from the melter with no pump or heated hose, so it mounts at the tank. The AutoShot ($8,495) uses a heated pump and hose, so the filling head can sit away from the melter at the work station.

In most cases, yes. The fillers connect to a compatible existing melter, and the EZ-1 and AutoShot use a standard 1-inch valve connection. If your tank uses a different outlet, WaxMelters supplies the fitting.
