PRIMO 25 Soap Production Tank
Fast, Even, Digitally Controlled Waterless Heating
The PRIMO 25 is a 304 stainless steel soap production tank engineered to combine
fast heating, even heat distribution, digital temperature control and energy-efficient operation
in an insulated production vessel without a conventional water jacket.
Use it to heat, melt and hold oils, fats, tallow, butters, glycerin,
melt-and-pour soap bases and other compatible heated formulations.

Why PRIMO
Speed, Even Heating and Efficiency—Without a Conventional Water Jacket
PRIMO is designed around the complete heating process rather than simply applying
the highest possible wattage to the material. The objective is efficient production
heating while maintaining controlled heat distribution, repeatable material-temperature
control and substantially lower heating demand than many conventional water-jacketed systems.
2–3X Faster Than Traditional Water-Jacketed Melters
PRIMO waterless heating eliminates the need to first heat and maintain
a separate water reservoir, allowing usable heat to reach the production vessel more efficiently.
Even, Controlled Heating
PRIMO is engineered to distribute heat around the vessel instead of relying
on a high-wattage localized heat source. This helps reduce hot spots and
provides more controlled heating and holding.
Lower Heating Power
Select PRIMO systems use substantially less installed heating power than
comparable conventional water-jacketed systems while supporting productive heating and recovery.
Digital Material-Temperature Control
Adjustable digital control maintains repeatable material-temperature
setpoints for ingredient heating, melting and heated holding.
Why not simply use more direct heat?
High-intensity direct heating can transfer energy quickly, but concentrated hot surfaces
may also increase scorching or material-degradation risk for temperature-sensitive ingredients.
PRIMO is designed to balance
speed, even heating, digital control and energy efficiency.
Documented PRIMO water-jacket comparison:
a PRIMO 1000 configuration uses 1.8 kW of heating power versus 9 kW for a
comparable conventional water-jacketed 1000-class system — an 80% reduction
in installed heating power.
Heating time and energy use vary by material, viscosity, starting temperature,
batch load, ambient conditions, electrical configuration and operating procedure.
The 2–3X comparison is against comparable traditional water-jacketed melting systems,
not every direct-heated vessel.
More Usable Capacity
PRIMO 25 Provides a 26-Gallon Production Vessel
The PRIMO 25 provides approximately
26 gallons (98 L)
of physical vessel capacity.
The nominal model designation makes the product easy to size within the
Soap Production family while the actual vessel is intentionally slightly larger.
Actual working volume should be selected around required headspace,
formulation behavior, ingredient additions, mixing displacement and the
downstream production process.

Capacity note: PRIMO 25 is the nominal Soap Production model designation.
Physical vessel capacity is approximately 26 gallons (98 L).
Recommended working volume depends on formulation, required headspace, mixing displacement, viscosity and production process.
Final electrical service, outlet configuration, temperature range and application-specific accessories should match the selected production configuration.

Production Planning
How the PRIMO 25 Fits Into Soap Production
The PRIMO 25 is positioned for regular commercial soap production,
ingredient heating and heated batch staging. Use its 26-gallon vessel
capacity as one part of selection; daily output also depends on batch size,
refill frequency, starting temperature, recovery requirement and downstream demand.
Vessel Capacity: 26 gal (98 L)
Standard Heating: 800 W
Production Role
Use the PRIMO 25 as Part of the Complete Production Flow
Where This Size Fits
Choose this size when regular commercial batches and fewer refills matter,
while maintaining a relatively compact production footprint.
Ingredient Heating
Use the vessel to heat oils, fats, tallow, butters and compatible
ingredients before formulation or downstream mixing.
Melt-and-Pour Production
Melt and maintain compatible glycerin and melt-and-pour soap bases,
then connect the vessel to dispensing or filling equipment as output grows.
System Integration
Build Beyond the Production Tank
Mix & Condition
Add agitation or mixing features when ingredient incorporation,
uniformity or process conditioning requires them.
Transfer
Review pumps, heated hoses, valves and transfer components around
viscosity, operating temperature, distance and required flow rate.
Dispense & Fill
Supply semi-automatic or automated filling equipment directly from
the heated production vessel as manual pouring becomes a bottleneck.
