1. Material is loaded into the heated process vessel.
2. PRIMO waterless heating brings the material to the required processing temperature.
3. The material is given time to settle into natural layers based on density.
4. Upper and lower discharge points allow controlled draw-off from different vessel elevations.
5. Integrated filtration captures suspended process debris during discharge.
6. Processed material can move directly to holding, molding, transfer or filling.

Raw hive-processing materials can contain wax, honey, water and debris with different densities. Once heated and allowed to settle, those materials naturally occupy different regions of the vessel.

The dual-level discharge arrangement gives the operator greater control over which material layer is removed at each stage of the process.

Filtration at discharge allows remaining suspended debris to be captured as the processed material exits the system. This can reduce the need for a separate filtration transfer step.

Like the standard PRIMO family, these systems use revolutionary waterless electric heating rather than a conventional water jacket. The process vessel is digitally controlled and insulated for consistent commercial operation.
