Equipment Evaluation Authorization
An Evaluation Authorization is required before equipment or components are
shipped to WaxMelters for factory evaluation or repair.
Do Not Begin With an Equipment Return
Warranty and service requests must first complete the applicable Guided
Troubleshooting & Warranty Service process.
No completed process = no warranty authorization.
Do not ship equipment, filling heads, heated hoses, Thermopump assemblies
or other components until M&FE has reviewed the troubleshooting
information and authorized the applicable return.
Start Required Troubleshooting
Factory Evaluation Process
- Complete the required troubleshooting process.
- Provide all requested equipment and diagnostic information.
- Wait for M&FE to identify the applicable equipment or module for return.
- Complete the Evaluation Authorization process.
- Receive return/shipping instructions.
- Empty, drain and clean the equipment or component.
- Package or crate it to prevent transportation damage.
- Ship only the equipment or component specifically authorized.
Warranty Evaluation
Receiving an Evaluation Authorization does not establish warranty coverage.
Warranty eligibility is determined after M&FE reviews the applicable
warranty terms, troubleshooting information and evaluation findings.
If the condition is not covered, applicable evaluation, cleaning, testing,
parts, labor, packaging and transportation charges may apply.
