Industrial heated tanks and systems for dipping, immersion, coating, impregnation and casting with waxes and other compatible temperature-controlled process materials.

What the Equipment Must Do

Select the tank and downstream equipment around the material, operating temperature, working volume, hold time and production cadence, not the industry name alone.

Bath Stability

Maintain coating or immersion material at repeatable temperature and viscosity.

Product Heat Load

Account for cold parts or products entering the bath.

Geometry and Immersion

Size vessel dimensions around the actual part, rack, basket or dipping depth.

Cycle Rate

Use recovery-focused heating when repeated loads pull the bath below target temperature.

Which PRIMO System Fits This Process?

Recommended starting point: Standard PRIMO. For wax dipping, coating and casting, Standard PRIMO or a purpose-built dip/coating tank is the normal starting point when the bath primarily needs melting and stable heat. Thermal Conditioning fits sensitive coatings or materials requiring extended controlled holding. Rapid-Cycle is especially relevant when repeated cold parts or loads cause temperature drop and recovery time limits cycle rate.
RECOMMENDED STARTING POINT
Melting & Production Holding

Standard PRIMO

Use for general wax melting, coating baths and casting material supply where normal production holding is sufficient.

Controlled Heating & Extended Holding

PRIMO Thermal Conditioning

Choose for temperature-sensitive coating materials requiring stable viscosity and gentler extended holding.

Recovery Speed & Production Throughput

PRIMO Rapid-Cycle

Choose when repeated cold loads create significant temperature drop and fast recovery is central to cycle time.

Continuous Fabric, Yarn & Web Coating

For continuously fed flexible materials: WaxMelters builds custom heated immersion and roll-to-roll systems for fabric, textiles, yarn, thread, cord, paper, film, nonwovens, and other compatible web materials. Systems may include guide and immersion rollers, circulation, wiping or squeeze controls, cooling distance, unwind stands, and manual or powered take-up equipment.

Typical Thermal-Process Workflow

  1. 01

Size the vessel around part geometry and immersion depth.

  2. 02

Calculate the heat load from repeated product entry.

  3. 03

Select standard, conditioning or rapid-recovery heating around the actual cycle.
