Production Capacity With Rapid-Recovery Heating
Approximate wax capacity is 1,226 lb (556 kg) in a 158 gal (598 L) vessel. Inner dimensions are 36" diameter × 36" deep; overall dimensions are approximately 38" L × 38" W × 38" H. Installed Rapid-Cycle heating power is 3,330 W, the same as the corresponding PRIMO X-Treme configuration.

Rapid-Cycle is intended for waxes and compatible industrial materials that can tolerate the selected heat-transfer rate. Heat-sensitive formulations or materials prone to scorching, separation, skin formation or localized buildup should be reviewed before selecting Rapid-Cycle.
