Can customers use their own financing provider?

Yes. Customers may use their preferred bank, lender, leasing company or other financing provider. WaxMelters can provide equipment and vendor documentation when appropriate.

Does WaxMelters accept international orders?

Yes. Equipment is supplied internationally, subject to equipment configuration, destination, electrical requirements, freight, documentation and applicable export or import requirements.

Can an NDA be completed before technical discussions?

Mutual or customer-provided confidentiality agreements may be reviewed when proprietary application information must be discussed before equipment is configured.

How can an existing customer review an order?
