Four-Chamber Wax Dipping System for Carved Candle Production
The PRIMO 4-Chamber Candle Carving Dip Tank provides four dedicated heated wax chambers
for compact multi-color carved-candle production. The system is designed for repeatable
wax dipping where controlled temperature and consistent successive wax layers are important
to cutting, shaping and carving.
PRIMO waterless heating has no surrounding water bath,
reducing system complexity and eliminating routine water-jacket maintenance.
Two Chamber Depths
Choose the standard 19″ full-depth chambers for maximum candle-height
flexibility and a larger wax reserve, or choose 11″ short-depth chambers
when your production is limited to shorter candle formats.
Which Chamber Depth Should You Choose?
Choose the 19″ full-depth chamber when maximum versatility is important.
It accommodates shorter candles while preserving the ability to dip taller products in the future.
Choose the 11″ short-depth chamber when your production is permanently
limited to shorter candles and you want to reduce the quantity of wax maintained in the chamber.
