Troubleshooting Guides for Older and Current WaxMelters Equipment
Find your equipment row (melting tanks, X-Treme and dip tanks, filling systems, Pour X-Press, Wax Hand tanks, EZ MIX), then the column for your model year: 2006 to 2013, 2014 to 2018, 2019 to 2023, or 2023 and later. The model year is on the serial plate or your original order.
- Need a part? See replacement parts.
- Need a repair or evaluation? Complete an Evaluation Authorization Request.
- Pre-2006 equipment: no longer serviceable, but updated replacement components or repairs are available for some 1990 to 2005 systems. Email support@waxmelters.com with your name, serial or order number, and a short description of the issue.
