WaxMelters provides guided troubleshooting, factory evaluation and repair, replacement and retrofit components, and remote technical assistance for WaxMelters melting tanks, heated process equipment and filling systems.

Start Required Troubleshooting Evaluation Authorization Warranty & Factory Protection

Troubleshooting is required before warranty authorization or factory evaluation. The required process identifies the equipment, documents the reported condition and helps determine whether the correct next step is a replacement component, repair by qualified personnel, remote technical assistance or factory repair. Do not ship equipment or disassemble designated components unless instructed or authorized by M&FE.

Many eligible repairs can be completed at the customer's facility by qualified service personnel using correctly identified replacement components and M&FE instructions.

Guided troubleshooting identifies the affected module. Designated filling-system components are normally returned to WaxMelters for internal repair.

Obtain authorization before sending equipment, assemblies or removable modules to WaxMelters for factory evaluation.

Warranty coverage is determined separately from the repair path and requires the applicable troubleshooting/claim procedure.

Before Shipping Anything to WaxMelters

Complete the applicable required troubleshooting process.
Provide requested model, serial/order and diagnostic information.
Identify the affected equipment or removable module.
Receive M&FE authorization to return the equipment or component.
Complete the applicable Evaluation Authorization.
Empty, drain and clean process material from the equipment.
Package or crate the equipment safely for transportation.
Ship only after receiving applicable return instructions.

Do not ship equipment without authorization. Equipment or components received without required troubleshooting and evaluation authorization may be refused, returned, or subject to evaluation, cleaning, handling and transportation charges.

Coverage Is Determined After Evaluation

Warranty eligibility is determined by M&FE after completion of the applicable troubleshooting and evaluation process. Covered service is handled according to the applicable M&FE Limited Warranty.

If the reported condition is not covered, applicable evaluation, parts, labor, cleaning or transportation charges are handled according to the service/evaluation process before non-warranty repair proceeds when approval is required.
