Which PRIMO System Fits This Process?
Recommended starting point: PRIMO Thermal Conditioning. For filling and dosing, the filling system itself is the primary equipment decision; the PRIMO family is the upstream heated supply. Thermal Conditioning is usually best when stable viscosity before filling is the key requirement. Standard PRIMO is best when the process begins with substantial solid-feedstock melting. Rapid-Cycle is best when the filler is outrunning the tank because repeated replenishment causes slow temperature recovery.
