PRIMO Heated Holding • Storage • Dispensing
PRIMO 25 Gallon Heated Holding & Dispensing Tank
A waterless stainless steel holding tank for process materials that need to remain warm, controlled and ready for dispensing, transfer, bottling or downstream production.
Not every process needs a melter. Choose this configuration when the material is already liquid or prepared and the primary job is to maintain a controlled temperature until it is needed.
Production Role
Keep Material Ready Between Processing and Filling
Hold
Maintain material in the required working-temperature range.
Store / Buffer
Create controlled heated inventory between upstream preparation and downstream demand.
Dispense
Draw product through the bottom outlet into containers or the next process step.
Waterless PRIMO Heating
Controlled Heat Without Jacket Water or an Immersion Heater in the Product
The PRIMO heating system is permanently integrated outside the product-contact area. The process material does not contact a replaceable immersion-style heating element, and there is no water-jacket reservoir to fill, monitor or replenish.
No Jacket Water
Eliminate the need for a heated-water reservoir.
Permanent Heating System
Designed for long service life without routine replacement jacket heaters under normal intended operation.
Digital Material Control
Set the required material-temperature range and allow the controller to cycle the heating system automatically.
Application Examples
One Heated Holding Platform Across Multiple Industries
Honey
Maintain flow and bottling viscosity while reducing repeated reheating before filling.
Syrups, Glazes & Fillings
Hold compatible food ingredients warm before depositing, pumping, enrobing or packaging.
Chocolate / Cocoa Materials
Suitable for heated holding where temperature maintenance is the required step. Not a full chocolate tempering system.
Creams, Lotions & Balms
Maintain compatible cosmetic and personal-care products at a fillable working temperature when active agitation is not required.
Soap & Oils
Stage liquid soap, oils and compatible prepared materials ahead of transfer or filling.
Lye / NaOH Solution
Dedicated masterbatch heating and storage after concentration, temperature and materials-of-construction review.
Need active melting or mixing? Choose a PRIMO production melter when loading solid feedstock. Choose a mixing or Thermal Conditioning system when the formulation requires continuous agitation, emulsification or more advanced material conditioning.
Application Review
Configure the Holding Tank Around the Material
Send the material, working gallons, starting and holding temperature, viscosity, hold time, outlet requirement, sanitation standard and downstream process. For caustic or chemical service, include concentration and operating temperature.

Application note: Final suitability depends on the material, viscosity, operating temperature, hold time, sanitation requirements and outlet configuration. NaOH / lye service must be reviewed for concentration and operating temperature. A tank dedicated to caustic service should never later be used for food or cosmetic production.
Production Fit
How the PRIMO 25 Fits Into Production
The PRIMO 25 Heated Holding & Dispensing Tank is a compact
temperature-controlled production vessel for materials that are already
liquid or prepared and need to remain warm, flowable and ready for use.
It is especially useful as a small heated inventory tank positioned
between material preparation and downstream dispensing, bottling,
filling or transfer.
Nominal Capacity 25 Gal / 95 L
Process Role
Heat • Hold • Store • Dispense
Construction
304 Stainless Steel
Typical Production Flow
Keep Prepared Material Available for the Next Process Step
1
Prepare
Material is produced, blended or loaded.
2
Heat / Hold
Maintain the required working temperature.
3
Store
Maintain a ready supply between production steps.
4
Dispense
Feed bottling, filling, transfer or downstream production.
Application Examples
One Heated Holding Tank — Multiple Production Uses
Honey & Natural Sweeteners
Maintain honey and compatible sweeteners at an appropriate working
temperature for bottling, transfer or downstream processing.
Syrups, Glazes & Food Fillings
Hold compatible syrups, glazes, sauces, toppings and fillings where
maintaining flow or working viscosity is important.
Chocolate & Cocoa Materials
Maintain compatible chocolate, cocoa-based materials and coatings
at a controlled holding temperature between production steps.
Cosmetics & Personal Care
Heated holding for compatible creams, lotions, balms, butters,
oils, ointments and production bases before dispensing or filling.
Soap, Oils & Prepared Ingredients
Stage liquid soap, glycerin, oils and compatible prepared
formulations before transfer, dispensing or packaging.
Lye / NaOH Masterbatch
Dedicated heated holding configuration for prepared sodium-hydroxide
solution where controlled reheating or temperature maintenance is required.
Chocolate note:
This equipment is designed for heated holding. Chocolate tempering may
require controlled cooling, agitation and crystal-management equipment
beyond a heated holding tank.
PRIMO Waterless Heating
Maintain Temperature with waterless PRIMO heating
No Jacket-Water Reservoir
No heated-water jacket to fill, monitor or replenish
as part of normal production.
Permanent Heating System
PRIMO uses a permanently integrated heating system designed for
long service life without routine replacement jacket heaters under
normal intended operation.
No Immersion Heater in the Product
The heating elements are not immersed in the process material,
keeping the heating system outside the product-contact zone.
Select the Correct PRIMO Family
Holding Tank, Melter or Thermal Conditioning System?
PRIMO Heated Holding Tank
Choose this family when material is already liquid or prepared and
primarily needs controlled-temperature holding, storage and dispensing.
PRIMO Production Melter
Choose a PRIMO Melter when solid or semi-solid feedstock must be
actively melted into a process-ready liquid and melt rate is a
major production requirement.
View PRIMO Melting Tanks →
PRIMO Thermal Conditioning
Choose Thermal Conditioning when the application requires more
specialized material conditioning, extended controlled holding,
agitation or formulation management.
View Thermal Conditioning Systems →
Downstream Integration
Build Beyond the Holding Tank
Direct Dispensing
Draw material through the tank outlet for manual or process-specific
dispensing where appropriate.
Heated Transfer
Add compatible heated pumps, hoses and valves when material must
move to another tank, production area or filling system.
View Transfer Equipment →
Filling & Bottling
Integrate the heated inventory with manual, semi-automatic or
automated filling equipment as production grows.
View Filling Systems →
Dedicated chemical-service applications:
For NaOH / lye or other chemical service, confirm concentration,
operating temperature, fittings, cleaning requirements and
materials-of-construction requirements when ordering. Equipment placed
into dedicated chemical service should remain dedicated to that process.
Application Planning
Confirm the Tank Around the Material and Downstream Process
Send the material, required working volume, starting temperature,
holding temperature, viscosity, expected hold time, outlet requirement,
downstream process and available electrical service. For food,
cosmetic or chemical applications, also include sanitation,
product-contact and facility requirements.
